School Uniform

Rosstulla School Uniform

Robb Primary Years 1 – 3

All pupils are expected to wear school uniform.

Uniforms are available from Gordon’s & The Jeanery, Carrickfergus and Glengormley and Gary’s Menswear, Carrickfergus.

The uniform is:

White polo shirt.

Maroon v-neck sweatshirt with school badge

Grey jogging bottoms or grey pleated skirt and grey socks or tights

Plain black shoes or black trainers with velcro fastening.  Trainers and shoes that are decorated or flash are not school uniform. 

A shower proof fleece is available from the Jeanery.

In the summer girls may wear a red and white striped or checked, cotton dress (available from The Jeanery – Carrickfergus branch only), grey cardigan white socks and black school shoes. Boys may wear grey shorts.

 

Jewellery

Pupils are not to wear jewellery to school.  This is for reasons of safety and also to prevent valuable items going missing.

If pupils are having their ears pierced we suggest that this is done during the summer holidays.

 

Hairstyles

Pupils should not have extreme hairstyles.  Boy’s hair should NOT be cut in a number one.

 

Nail Polish

Nail polish should not be worn to school.  If a pupil wears nail polish to school they will be given nail polish remover and asked to take it off.

 

Free School Meals and Uniform Allowance

If you think your child may be entitled to free school meals and uniform allowance, forms are available from the school reception. If your child is already in receipt of these, please note that renewal forms will be issued directly from County Hall.

 

Rosstulla School Uniform

Lowry Secondary

All pupils are expected to wear school uniform.

Uniforms are available from Gordon’s & The Jeanery, Carrickfergus and Glengormley and Gary’s Menswear, Carrickfergus.

The uniform is:

Maroon school jumper (Secondary – knitted maroon with grey stripes in ‘V’)

Girls – grey box pleated skirt with hem below the knee, grey tights or socks

Boys – grey school trousers, dark socks

White school shirt

School tie

Plain black shoes.  Trainers and shoes that are decorated or flash are not school uniform.

Black blazer may be worn if wished.

A shower proof fleece is available from the Jeanery.

 

P.E. Uniform

Red and black tracksuit with school logo (available from Gordon’s & The Jeanery).

White polo shirt with school logo (available from The Jeanery and Gary’s).

Black plimsolls or black trainers with non-marking soles.
