Following a thorough refresh of the school ETHOS, VISION and VALUES, supported by CSSCNI, we are now on a very exciting journey of transformation from a school catering for pupils mainly with Moderate Learning Difficulties to a school catering for pupils with more Severe and Complex needs.
This involves changes in the school environment through minor works projects, capacity building for staff, new approaches and strategies, a complete overhaul of curriculum and assessment, investment in new resources and establishing connections with new outside agencies and providers.
We decided these 6 key areas of development cover everything we know we need to develop.
